Designed for all levels, this class allows and encourages participants to explore sensual movement in a safe space. Flow like water with the heat of fire, learning how to combine body awareness, musicality, and movement from floor to pole. Open to all levels. Wear socks to slide or Pleasers to take it to the next level.
*No lotion, oil, creams anywhere on your body the day of class.
Wear what makes you feel good. Knee pads are highly recommended.
All clients must sign the liability waiver when prompted upon booking your first class. No one may participate in any classes, workshops, or events without signing the waiver.
