This off-the-pole conditioning class will advance your training on the pole, chair, and beyond! Glutes, arms, legs, back, and abs will all feel the burn with body weight exercises modified for all levels.
Wear clothes that you can move and sweat in. Bring a mat, water, and a small towel.
All clients must sign the liability waiver when prompted upon booking your first class. No one may participate in any classes, workshops, or events without signing the waiver. This also means you have acknowledged the studio Code of Conduct found in the Frequently Asked Questions section on the website.
